Cancellation Policy
Client must Cancel or Reschedule 24 hours prior to appointment time for access to full refund or reschedule. If client cancels for any reason after 24 hours the payment will not be refunded to client. Client will need to rebook for a new appointment with a new payment. Clients who would like to reschedule are allow a maximum of 2 reschedules for the same appointment. If client is unable to come in for service and exceeds the 2 maximum reschedule policy the appointment will be cancelled with no refund.
